Roaming Service Manager. Permanent position

As the Roaming Service Manager you will provide management support wherever it will be most beneficial to the organisation. This could be in our three residential care homes or in our seven supported living properties. This is an interesting and rewarding role that will suit someone who likes variety and working with a wide range of people.

Examples of the work that you may be asked to do are providing support to a service during a manager’s absence, or supporting the service management team to set up and implement a new system or process.

You will be responsible for making day-to-day decisions about the running of the service, reporting to Head of Operations and Lisieux Trusts’ Aims and Objectives.

Salary: The salary for this position ranges from £32,739.20 to £34,652.00 per annum.

Location: Willing to work within Erdington/Sutton Coldfield

Hours: Permanent contract – 40 hour a week rota’d shift pattern.

Sleep-in shifts will be required and are paid at £62.64 per night (11pm to 7am). You will also be part of the Emergency out-of-hours On-Call rota and will receive an additional £10.00 per night for providing on-call cover.
