The Team Expanded and We Hosted Our 20th Annual Sports Day
Recently, we expanded our team by hiring not one, but three recruits! We welcomed Becky Crawford, Mitchell Gatsby and Julia Ford who have all been great additions to our Lisieux Trust family.
Becky has been hired as a Supported Living Manager, joining us with years of experience working in the health and care sector, and Mitchell, who comes from a similar background, joined as an Operations Project Manager. Our newest recruit, Julia, has come on board as one of our new Support Workers.
The expansion doesn’t end there, as are currently recruiting several support workers to help assist our lovely residents and tenants across our homes. We are searching for caring and passionate individuals to help maintain a sense of community whilst supporting the Lisieux Trust residents and tenants.
As part of nurturing this community, the team frequently host collaborative events for all the people we support and their families as well as staff. Recently, we hosted our 20th annual sports day in Sutton Coldfield. Everyone who attended had a great day enjoying the sunshine whilst playing a few games, and eating some delicious ice cream, courtesy of one of the tenant’s mothers.
