Al is part of the senior management team at Lisieux Trust, and helps towards shaping the organisation, based on the charity’s core values.
She also works alongside our registered managers to ensure our residents and tenants receive excellent person-centred support, and make certain our staff our supported to work in line with Lisieux Trust’s values.

Al has worked in the care industry since she left school, and has been working in the learning disabilities and autism sector for over 20 years. It is this vast experience that led Al to secure the Senior Manager Award at the Learning Disability and Autism Award in 2019.
