Rachel supports John to ensure a high level of support for their tenants; securing the best outcomes for the tenants to lead fulfilling lives. She also supports staff teams by giving them the confidence and skills to meet the needs of the tenants.

A brief summary of Rachel’s background is…

Rachel has worked in the care industry for over 18 years, with plenty of experience working with people with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and challenging behaviour. As well as her vast experience, she has also completed a number of qualifications to support her in her role. Rachel has and NVQ in Health and Social Care, a Registered Managers award, a diploma in leadership and management, an assessor award, and a Train the Trainer qualification.

Rachel is motivated to do what she does at Lisieux Trust because…

Rachel wants to make a difference to peoples’ lives. She has seen the difference the small things make to people first-hand, and she always strives for improvement.

In her spare time, Rachel loves…

Rachel loves to spend time with her family. She’s also a huge fan of Disney and rugby – she used to play, but now she feels she’s too old (*eye rolls*), so she just watches.
