Accreditations

Our accrediting bodies hold us to account, and ensure we deliver the best possible service.

We are committed to delivering high levels of care to autistic adults and adults with a learning disability.

We are always keen to work with people and organisations who share our ethos and values, and who are able to facilitate the quality service we provide.

We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). CQC are responsible for ensuring that all providers of adult social care, such as us, provide high-quality care to the people they support. CQC inspectors visit our services on a regular basis. These inspections involve looking at lots of information and assessing us in line with their care criteria, speaking to the people we support and to their families, and speaking to employees. After each inspection, CQC produce a report which shows what they have found, and they rate the quality of our services.

Many of the organisations we work with aim to raise the standards of care, support and information provided to disabled people. We are serious about investing time into our organisation and our team, to create a culture where high-quality is the standard. Our memberships help us to do this. In doing so, we’ve cultivated an organisation that people with learning disabilities, family members, friends and local authorities can trust.
