Our team

Our staff teams are individually and collectively responsible for supporting our adults with learning disabilities and autism to live fulfilling lives, full of choice.

Meet the team

We employ over 70 support workers, headed by our registered managers, who work around the clock to create opportunities for our residents and tenants to embrace life.

Supporting their efforts, our head office team – based in Erdington, Birmingham – is responsible for ensuring all business functions are met, to guarantee the smooth running of the organisation.

Every member of our team is fully DBS-checked, highly trained, highly experienced, and highly committed. It also helps that they all absolutely love what they do, too!
