Join our team
When it comes to a career at Lisieux Trust, no two days will ever be the same. What is guaranteed, however, is the fact that you will go home every day feeling rewarded and inspired. Our residents and tenants are known to brighten even the lowest of days.
As a member of our operational team, you will be based in either our residential or supported living services. Wherever you are based, you will be responsible for supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, or both to live fulfilling lives; where they have plenty of opportunity to live, learn and laugh.
One day, you could be hitting the shops, visiting landmarks, or practicing the latest TikTok dances; other days, you could be facilitating personal care or medical appointments. As a member of our operational team, you will experience the highs and lows of adult living; being there when our residents and tenants need you most, to share the good times and lend support through the bad.
As a member of our head office team, you will provide essential business functions to help ensure the smooth running of our residential and supported living services, while also being on call to lend an ear when our residents and tenants fancy a chat.
The Trust is like a big family!” – Current employee
Why work for Lisieux Trust?
We can reel off facts and stats that support how great a working environment Lisieux Trust is (like the fact that in a 2020 survey, 97% of our employees agreed they were happy to be working for Lisieux Trust, 94% of the team agreed they feel valued as an employee, and 97% said they’re proud to be a part of the organisation) but, really, the best part about Lisieux Trust is the fact that we have a great sense of community.
Kindness, honesty, integrity and compassion are the key qualities that run through all of our teams, and it is those very qualities that keep us united. It is these qualities that help us to build professional relationships with our people and motivate us to keep helping them to fulfil their full potential.
To facilitate this level of support, we provide extensive training and development opportunities, support with further education, and a range of additional benefits.
